Applicants for sales positions should have a minimum of:
-High school diploma (college degree or current college student preferred)
-At least 2 years running experience
-Retail experience a plus but not necessary

Applicants for assistant manager/manager positions should have a minimum of:
-College degree
-At least 2-4 years as a retail manager or floor supervisor
-At least 2-4 years running experience and strong familiarity with the running culture
