Joe Emerson

Joe Emerson’s first competitive endurance event was a sprint triathlon in 2003 with Team in Training. Since then, he has completed four more triathlons, three marathons and dozens of shorter road races. He has been a part of the Alexandria fun runners since early 2006 and especially enjoys tackling the hilly Russell Road course on Tuesday evenings. This year, he is most looking forward to the Wilson Bridge Half-Marathon in September.
