Tom Farnam

Tom Farnam (“Walking Tom”) enjoys racewalking in Pacers events and in many other races. Along with his wife Naomi Morales, Tom has enjoyed events in the US, Canada, and most recently on a Caribbean Islands Marathon Cruise for his 65th birthday. He is proud to have completed five Full Marathons, 18 Half Marathons, one “staged Full Marathon” (the CIMC) and many shorter events since he began racewalking in 2005. Several of his events have been with Team in Training, through which Tom has raised over $30,000 for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Tom is a lawyer with his own law firm which does only employee benefit matters (401(k) and other retirement plans, health care plans), mainly for closely held businesses. He lives in Alexandria,where he and Naomi enjoy their friends and visits from their children and grandchildren.
