Marci Goldberg
Marci Goldberg is your average endurance sports junkie. Marci got serious about running in March of 2004 when triathlon became of interest. While completing a handful of triathlons that year, she also completed her first half-marathon (Dallas Running Club Half) and was addicted to long distance running. Marci now has four marathons (Dallas White Rock 06 and 07, Ironman Coeur d'Alene 08, and Philadelphia 09) under her belt. In 2010, she hopes to complete an additional three marathons (Athens Ohio, Ironman Lake Placid, and Philadelphia). Marci enjoys the everyday adventure of exploring Maryland and DC with her buddies from Pacers in Silver Spring and with the Montgomery County Road Runners Club.
When not training or racing, Marci spends her spare time being a bookworm, working at Barnes and Noble in Rockville and volunteering at her local library.
