Angie Kang
Angie Kang never fully appreciated the merits of running until recently. In 2007, her friends convinced her to join their team for Reach the Beach, a 24 hour adventure relay in New Hampshire. While it was a rough introduction to the world of racing, Angie quickly became addicted. Now an avid runner, she enjoys participating in local running races and triathlons and trains with the Pacers Clarendon fun run group. Seeking another level of challenge, Angie ran the 2009 Fall Backyard Burn trail series and surprised herself by winning her age group. She is currently training to test herself in longer distances.
Angie is a senior consultant at ASR Analytics. She is also a certified group fitness and spinning instructor. Angie lives in Arlington, VA with her boyfriend.
