Lisa Kilday


Lisa Kilday's long-time passion for sports involves an eclectic mix of surfing, trail running, cyclocross, and triathlon. She runs with the Pacers Alexandria Fun Runs. Lisa is a four-time finisher of the Escape from Alcatraz triathlon where one braves the freezing San Francisco Bay and a few sharks, vertiginous city hills, and the absurd run on sand stairs. In 2009, she went the distance at Quelle Challenge Roth, her Ironman debut in Bavaria, Germany.

Lisa is a Patent Attorney in Washington, D.C. She is also a freelance writer for several cycling and multisport magazines, such as, Cycling Utah, Spokes Magazine, and The Examiner.
