Harold Tracy

Harold Tracy enjoys competing in local 5K and 10K races. Harold is a relative newcomer to running, having started in early March 2009. He completed 11 races in 2009 and hopes to surpass this number in 2010. His signature race in 2010 will be the Army Ten Miler in Washington, DC. Harold's ultimate goal is to run a marathon in 2012 and to keep getting faster and longer while keeping running fun. He hopes to encourage more of friends to get started in the sport that he has grown to love"

Harold has lived in Northern Virginia since 1981 and is an independent commercial insurance agent in Fairfax, VA. He lives with his wife, Sarah in Manassas, VA
