Newly redesigned program for 2011!

Designed for runners seeking a supportive group atmosphere with scheduled meet ups, access to a cadre of coaches, and who want to have a little fun too, the Pacers Distance Training Program is a great way to get in shape, stay in shape, or make a commitment to a goal event.

The Pacers Distance Training Program is a year round program that you can start at any time. Designed around the philosophies of famed Coach Matt Centrowitz, the program offers a structured yet flexible training schedule with access to enthusiastic coaches and opportunities to meet and run with other runners your speed.

Several “Pacers Racers”, as we lovingly refer to our participants, have had great success with the program, many completing their first distance events while others have broken elusive time barriers.

If you are looking for a supportive team atmosphere with fun people and a commitment to your success, the Pacers Distance Training Program is a must!

We offer workouts in both Arlington and Washington, DC. Choose the track workout and long run that best fits your schedule. Can’t make a workout? No problem. Our coaches send out weekly e-mails detailing workouts and training guidelines.
