Walk in shopping and appointments are both available!

Pacers Running is now open! Walk in shopping is available or make an appointment to avoid any potential waits.  In-person appointments are available at all locations. For the most up to date appointment availability and hours, visit our online scheduling platform.

We continue to provide curbside pick up, virtual fits, online orders and phone orders at all our locations. The health of our employees and customers is paramount and we’re taking measures to keep everyone safe and healthy during your visit. Walk ups will be based on our staff availability and store capacity  (see FAQ below). Sometimes we will lock our doors based on capacity and store staffing but just knock and we will be happy to help!


Scheduling an in-person appointment is simple, but it’s still a new process, so let’s review a few steps first!

1. Schedule Your In Store Appointment

Make your in store appointment online  and fill out a brief questionnaire so we can best serve you in-store.

Walk ins are available for fittings and browsing based on staff availability and capacity.

Feel free to call ahead or stop in and we can either help you on the spot or let you know when we have the next browsing or fitting slot available.


2. Come Prepared!

Be prepared and arrive with a mask (required in-store), clean socks (not worn), and current running shoes, if applicable.

If uncomfortable wearing a mask, check out our virtual fit option. Please note that at this time, trying on apparel in-store and in-store restrooms will not be available.

3. Head to Shop

Check-in 5 minutes prior to your appointment and wait in the designated area (which may be outside).

Give us a buzz if you’re running late and we’ll work with you as best we can, but we may not be able to accommodate all late requests.

Just need to grab something? We have curbside options available too. You can order online for pick up or we can grab it for you. Thanks in advance for your patience if we are with other customers.

4. Check In

A store employee will greet you and walk you to your curated fit station based on your customer profile and questionnaire. Enjoy a 30-45 minute tailored experience.

You may bring one guest, but if they’re looking to shop, we ask you to make two appointments for best fitting experience.

5. Your Fit Station

Your personalized fit station will be cleaned prior to your arrival. At this time we are scheduling limited appointments at any one time allowing everyone plenty of space.

6. Footwear Fits

Our highly trained fit specialists will find the perfect fit for you.

They will also help you with any essentials, footbeds, nutritionals, or other items you may need to have the best run ever!

7. Footwear Testing

You’ll  be able to test run your footwear outside or in a designated location by your fitter. Currently our treadmills are not available.

8. All Your Questions Answered!

Our team will answer any  and all questions to get you running. We are happy to pull items from our walls that are of interest to you or answer questions about your training or local trails. Or if you’d like to browse we just ask you are mindful of social distancing and staying out of other fit stations.

9. Apparel

While our dressing rooms are closed, we are still happy to help you select items to try on at home.

10. Extended Sizes + Styles

Did you know? We have access to almost every color, size, and style of footwear. If we don’t have your preferred color or size in store we can ship direct, no fee!

11. Contactless Payment is Available

We will be taking multiple forms of contactless payment including Credit Card, Apple, and Google Pay.

We will also be accepting cash.

If you find an issue with your shoes after your in-person appointment, simply schedule another appointment or a virtual check-in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to have an appointment?

You are not required to have an appointment, however, we recommend you make one to maximize your fitting experience and to avoid any wait times. We prioritize appointments over walk ins.

If you would like to browse or want to pick something up we are happy to have you come take a look around! We just limit our capacity based on staff availability and comfort so you may experience a wait. Thanks in advance for your patience.

How Do I Make An Appointment?

We still offer virtual fittings which are done from the comfort of your home! For information on virtual fittings, see our virtual page.

What Stores Are Open for Appointments?

Starting June 24, all our locations will be available for in store appointments.

All stores are also available for phone orders and curbside pick up.

Store hours are listed in the footer of every webpage.

Do You Take Walk Ins?

We do allow walk-ins just please check in with our staff at the door. We are limiting the number of people  in the store so we appreciate your patience if you are asked to wait.

Want to know if there is a wait? Feel free to give us a ring beforehand so we can check appointment availability, capacity (based on our staff comfort levels), and if you need a fitter, the next time slot for a fitting.

Please bring clean socks (unworn), your  shoes if you have a pair, and a mask. You’ll be asked to fill out a quick questionnaire including health screening.

If you know what you need to purchase, you can do so online or give your closest shop a call. We will have your items available for curbside pick-up, no appointment required or we will allow  browsing based on store and staff capacity. Allow an hour from time of purchase before pick-up.

What Are Pacers Safety Protocols?

We will be following safety protocols and will be wearing masks, gloves, and following internal health protocols. At this time, we will work from a safe distance, though there are brief moments that we may be within six feet of distance. Please let your fitter know if you prefer that we maintain six feet at all times.



Yikes! I Forgot A Mask!

If you do not have a mask when you arrive, we can provide one at retail cost ($2-$14). We will also provide hand sanitizers and gloves.


We cannot allow anyone inside without a mask. No exceptions.

What Should I Bring With Me?
  • A pair of clean, unworn socks you use to run in (if you don’t have a pair you can buy onsite)
  • Your running shoes or current walking shoes, if you have them
  • Your mask
  • Payment (we do not take cash)
Can I Try On Apparel?

Unfortunately, currently our dressing rooms are unavailable. We do offer easy returns per our return policy.

We can understand things come up and you may need to cancel. Please note that we are setting this time aside for you so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel through the appointment application so we can make that slot open for someone else.

We can only service so many people a day in the current environment so significant cancellations can be rough on this small business. We appreciate you doing your best to keep your appointment.

How Many People Can Come to My Fitting?

We ask that only two people per party come into the store.  If both people are requesting fittings please schedule two appointments.

Will You Expand Your Hours?

We will expand hours once we feel we can handle the volume and our staff feels comfortable.

Why Appointments?

Appointments allow us to monitor flow into our locations and provide curated service. We will service appointment customers first; walk ins may experience a wait or be asked to come back based on staff availability.


May We Use Your Bathroom?

Currently, restrooms are for staff only. If you have a medical emergency or condition, please contact the manager on duty.

How Can I Test the Shoes?

In addition to our return policy, you may test the shoes outside or in a designated location by your fitter.

Our treadmills are currently  unavailable.

I'd Like to Exchange or Return My Shoes.

No issue! We are happy  to manage limited exchanges and returns without an appointment.

If you need to be refit, please set up an appointment. If you need to simply   exchange for another size no appointment is necessary.
