We’re at it again. Following a summer full of exterior construction as the building and sidewalk underwent some much needed renovations, it is now time for the interior of Pacers Running Clarendon to keep pace with some improvements of it’s own.
Demolition started Monday of this week, and construction is scheduled to continue for the next two months. Following these renovations we will be better able to serve the running community in Arlington with an upgraded shopping experience, similar to our recently opened stores in DC on 14th Street and Navy Yard.
In the meantime we will continue to serve the Arlington running community with a small shop just around the corner on N. Highland St (across from Trader Joe’s and sharing a door with the H&R Block). It’s midway down the block and still easily accessible from the Clarendon Metro Rail and Bus stops that served the main retail address. Fun Runs are also scheduled to continue to meet from the temporary space throughout the renovation.
While the space isn’t large enough to offer everything we had available in the Clarendon store, we will still carry a curated collection of shoes, apparel, nutrition and accessories to keep you running. Need something specific? You can still shop at any of our 4 other metro area locations, have products transferred to Clarendon, or shop our online store. Have questions? Feel free to call ahead and check if we have what you’re looking for or if you need assistance finding us.
Thank you for your patience during the renovation process. Check back for periodic updates throughout construction, and we look forward to welcoming you to our newest retail space this spring!
