Weekend Long Run for November 1st, 2014

Weekend Long Run for November 1st, 2014

Howdy Runners!

The Weekend Long Run this Saturday will start at Gravelly Point, just north of the airport on the GW Parkway, at 8am.  We will be running a course that covers part of the Mt Vernon Trail, the Mall, the White House, and the Capitol Hill area before returning back to Gravelly.  As always, the run is open to all paces, and we have lots of mileage options, so come out and join us!  The run starts at 8, so try to get there by 7:45.  There are no water stops provided along the course, so please make sure to bring along what you need.  We will cover the course prior to starting and will have maps and directions for those that want them.

See you out there!

– Joe
