Another hot summer week in the city. Here are the highlights for this week and, trust us, these are some big highlights, you are going to want to get in on the fun and adventures.

This Saturday is the race of the summer the Crystal City Twilighter 5k. Go time is 8:30pm for all runners with events both before and after because summer running is fun. The Arlington County Fire Department will be out pre race, at 7:00pm, to teach you how to save a life with their “Hands to Hearts” Program. If you have a Run Club Throw Down team come early and participate in the Parade of Nations at 7:40pm and earn points for your team by participating in the “Hands to Heart” Program as well. All of the details for race night are right here. Stay after you cross the finish line to enjoy beer from Post City and pizza from WE The PIZZA, why not, it is a party after all! If you have not yet registered there is still time and race packet pick-up is ongoing at the Pacers Clarendon location during regular business hours. #rcthrowdown #twlighter5k
