RunHaus is Open

RunHaus, in collaboration with adidas,  is a runner’s patio with great vibes located at Pacers Navy Yard. Open daily (weather permitting) June through October with a packed schedule, it’s a chill place to meet up for your run, enjoy the sunshine, share a cold brew or cocktail, jam to the RunHaus soundtrack, learn about what’s new in the running world, and namaste or hip hop at our community fitness events. Follow us @runpacers #RunHaus

There are a whole host of events going on the RunHaus patio this month. Plan to make a trip over to see what it’s all about.

It’s July and it’s hot out but running is certainly going on. Come out with your crew on July 21 to run the Crystal City Twilighter 5k. Sure you have run a 5k but have you run a 5k at night? It’s a scene! This year we will have WE, THE PIZZA and Port City Brewery at our finish line party. Pizza and beer at the finish line, yes, you read that correctly.

Run Club Throw Down is in full effect too. Gather your friends, form a team, and get in the game. All of the details are here and your teams first opportunity to bag a point if with video from our friends at Pulse House of Fitness. Snap a picture of your run crew doing some squats tagging @runpacers #rcthrowdown #pulsehouseoffittness and earn a point towards

This week will be a hot one, don’t forget to hydrate, seek shade, and take it kind of easy. Best way to accomplish all of those things? Run with Pacers, check the calendar and see what works for you this holiday week.

Joggers and Lagers

Heat, sun, whatever summer tosses our way you can bet there will be a run from the Port City Brewery tasting room on Monday evenings at 7pm. Get your miles in and cool off and socialize with a cold post run brew. Port City will be out at Twilighter so you may as well start enjoying it today all in the name of training!

Great American Running Store with Saucony at Pacers 14th Street

Saucony is up to some summer fun with their Great American Running Shop summer campaign. Saucony events kick off with Pacers tonight at 14th Street. Come see what Saucony is up to and how you can get in on the fun. Hint: there is a FitRankings game kicking off on July 11. If you are not already registered get in on it now, the worst that can happen is you get your runs in! #RUNBIGSHOPSMALL

4th of July Hours

On July 4th we are closing all Pacers Running locations at 4pm. Easy to remember, closing at 4 at the 4th. Come by early to grab the gear you need for the running you do.

Great North American Naughtical Beer Mile

On August 11 it is going down, the Great North American Naughtical Beer Mile in Navy Yard. Register yourself or your four person team today. There is plenty of time to train, fast drinking and fast running is the plan, but one of either is not bad! It is the most prestigious race of the summer, obviously.
