Want in on a little secret? Running can be done anywhere. All you need are shoes, a sense of direction, and heart! Here are some local routes around town to inspire your next DC Rise training run. Be safe, maintain appropriate distance, and get outside.

Group training sessions are posted weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays on Pacers Running YouTube Channel. Work out a plan with your coach or team and do them together via Zoom or Google Hangouts. Train together while maintaining social distance.
