Packet Pickup Details - Early PPU starts November 1!

Beginning Thursday, November 1st - early packet pickup is available at the Pacers 14th Street and Alexandria store locations during normal business hours. There is NO ONSITE PACKET PICKUP so collect your race bib, clear gear bag, and premium race gift item before race day!

Before a race we need to pass along a few items to you and it is tough to pull that off an hour before the event. Visiting us in advance will help us make sure you are all set for race day. It is a good chance for you to ask any questions you may have and pick up any gear you might need. We often have packet pickup sales and otherwise try to make it worth your while to make the trip.

ON SITE, RACE DAY

Packet Pickup will not be available on site the morning of the race.

Registration will not be available on site the morning of the race.

To ensure you are able to register and collect your race bag prior to the event, we strongly recommend you attend the packet pickup events on Saturday before the race at either Pacers 14th Street or Pacers Alexandria.

What to Expect

When you arrive at either Pacers 14th Street or Pacers Alexandria, look for a special table manned by our friendly events staff and volunteers.

If there is a line, it should go fast. We use a dynamic bib assignment system which means all we need to know is your name and after confirming your registration, we will assign you a bib number on the spot. We won’t have to dig through a pile to find a pre-assigned bib. This definitely speeds things up.

We will give you a clear race bag along with your bib, safety pins, and premium — a warm winter beanie, $10 Retail Buck or a Thank-you for your $5 charity donation and a jingle bell you can attach to your shoes, run outfit, wherever it works for you!  Be sure to save the bag as you will need it to check any personal items prior to the race at the bag check area.

You may pick up a race bag or bags for other people. No ID is required.

We cannot hold complete packets but after the race there will be opportunity to pick up your unclaimed Beanie at Pacers Clarendon.  See our Jingle All the Way 5k FAQ’s for more details.
