Terms and Conditions
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.
Shipping is free for all orders of $100 or more. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery when using free shipping. During checkout, you will have the option of choosing expedited forms of shipping.
Delivery time does not include weekends or federal holidays.
RunPacers.com ships to APO/FPO address via USPS. Delivery times are generally longer than standard ground shipping.
RunPacers.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the order tracking number if applicable.
Return and Exchange Policies:
RunPacers.com wants our customers to enjoy running as much as we do. If the items you ordered do not work out the way you hoped, you can return them within 30 days to receive a full refund or exchange.

Please include the packing list and original (shoe) boxes and tags.
You can also stop by one of our six retail locations to process your return/exchange in person.
